Optical Proximity Correction (Opc) Engineer

Optical Proximity Correction (OPC) EngineerThis position is within our Customer Projects and MaskTooling Team.
You will be working in close collaboration with the Process Development Team and will be mainly responsible for the following tasks:
Calibrate and develop OPC models, OPC recipes, SBAR Recipes, and OPC verification.
Setup and automate the OPC Data Prep flow.
Apply OPC DataPrep on GDSII prior to mask manufacturing.
Participate in MaskTooling TO processing.
Act as a partner to our Process Development team to improve yield and quality of OPC models.
Your Profile:
Qualification: Bachelor Degree / Master of Engineering / PhD in Electronic Engineering / Optics / Physics / Microelectronics or related subject.
Experience: Knowledge and experience in semiconductor technologies and devices, IC design, OPC, RET, photolithography is a plus.
Willingness to travel and ability to work effectively in a multicultural international team.
