Job Descriptions:- Provide exceptional ocular health assessment with ability to assess patient needs, meet quality standards and customer satisfaction.- Perform diagnostic tools (eg. Fundus Photography, Humphrey Visual Field, Optical Coherence Tomography, A-Scan biometry) and analyze test results to develop proper eye care treatment- Assess refractive condition of eyes with retinoscope.- Provide consultation to patients on all aspects of eye healthcare.- Provide patient counselling on different treatment packages and prices.- Provide assessment for diabetic patients.- Assist Ophthalmologist in minor procedure or in operating theatre.- Manage entire clinic flow including patient registration, preparation for operation, making appointments, dispensing medication with the ability to use MEDEX and handling patient enquiry.- Stock management-ensuring stocks at par level and replenishment done correctly including issuing purchase order in accordance to Company's SOP.- Performing stock check/stock count on a regular basis.- Orientate, supervise and train new employees and/or optometry students throughout their optometry posting (if any).Qualification: At least a Bachelor in Optometry**Skills**:- Computer literate.- Good team player.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Excellent interpersonal skills.- Excellent in decision making to evaluate various diagnostic test results- Critical thinking to ensure that patients receive appropriate treatmentSchedule: Monday-Saturday (8.30am-4.30pm/9.00am-5.00pm) Rest Day: Sunday**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate**Salary**: RM3,200.00 - RM4,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Free parking- Maternity leave- Professional development- Work from homeSchedule:- Day shift- Fixed shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Yearly bonusLicense/Certification:- APC (preferred)Expected Start Date: 01/01/2024
