Optometrist

Performing eye & vision examination and refraction;
Providing customers with professional consultation on optical lenses, contact lenses and eyecare;
Prescribing and dispensing prescription spectacles and contact lenses;
Providing professional knowledge and advice to customers on how to maintain good eye health;
Handling lenses edging and frame fitting;
Referring customers to a doctor when necessary;
Assisting customers to recommend and select suitable frames and lenses;
Promoting and selling products of the Branch efficiently and effectively;
Assisting branch manager to oversee day-to-day operation & implement in-store policies;
Assisting branch manager to achieve monthly sales target;
Providing advice on products; Ensuring sufficient stocks and undertaking weekly stock count;
Ensuring high quality customer service and maintaining good relationships with customers;
Contributing towards the Branch's sales achievement & sales growth;
Performing spectacles maintenance and adjustments for customers;
Performing daily routines such as stock check, shop cleaning and arranging products;
Assisting with ad-hoc tasks and other office duties when required.
