Order Fulfillment Executive

You will deliver continuous improvement outcomes of Customer Satisfaction for both internal and external customers.

What You'll Do 1. To deliver continuous improvement outcomes of Customer Satisfaction for both internal and external customers.
2. Ensure timely and accurate order processing within target number of working days.
3. Coordinate with all parties to satisfy customer's delivery requirement with optimum cost and efficiency.
4. Follow up on materials availability, production scheduling, production and delivery of customer order to ensure customer's requirements are met.
5. To ensure all dispatches are invoiced timely.
6. Improvement day to day operation process to reduce lead time and conflict.
7.Carry out duties as and when directed by the management.

What You Need to Succeed
1. Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field.
2. At least 5 years of working experience specializing in Customer Service or equivalent in a manufacturing environment.
