Order Fulfilment Planner

Responsibilities:Review and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Track order status and manage order changes or issues throughout the fulfilment process.
Monitor inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock is available for order fulfilment.
Collaborate with production planner and production team to ensure timely completion of finished goods.
Coordinate with shipping and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery.
Resolve any delivery issues or delays, keeping customers informed.
Act as the point of contact for customer inquiries regarding order status, delivery schedules, and potential delays.
Communicate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of order fulfilment, including shipment tracking, inventory status, and delivery timelines.
Generate regular reports on order status, fulfilment performance, and inventory levels.
Requirements:3-5 years production planning/supply chain experience.
Bachelor's degree or above.
SAP experience is a plus.
