Order review:Verify sales orders are entered completely and correctly with all corporate required documentation and information, including but not limited to, export compliance forms, letters of credit, freight forwarder information, shipment and payment terms, correct ship to / bill to addresses, accurate pricing and product compatibility. Problem solve technical issues and/or escalate to Service Desk as needed. Communicate with Factory ECOs to validate correct export compliance requirements on a per order basis. % of time: 60%
Availability communication:Provide customers, sales, and global admins with information on stock availability of parts upon request and assist BPEN planner with communication of product lead times. Attend weekly revenue meetings to provide OA support with clearing orders for on-time shipments. % of time: 20%
Customer communication:Effectively communicate order status to customers and relevant sales personnel. Monitor scheduled ship dates and provide customer order acknowledgments and updates within internal guidelines and procedures. Notify customers, sales representatives and distributors of any delays. Notify customers of shipment. % of time: 20%

EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Prior work experience in Order Administration, Finance, Marketing/Sales and Customer Service/support.
Minimum 4-5 years experience with an integrated ERP system. SAP experience a plus.
