As part of theOrder-to-Cash (OTC) streamwithin the Finance Operations, we are actively working towards creating an efficient working space, maintaining synergy across different operational teams, and providing good customer experience. There are 3 teams under OTC: Contracts Management team (Ordering), Billing team (Invoicing) and Accounts Receivable (Payment).
In this context, the Contracts Management team is looking for an experienced professional to join us in ordering and run all other operational activities together with the team. The team is majorly involved in the areas ofcustomer master data maintenance and contractual info that flows into invoices for global Swift customers.Furthermore, the team is also serving in the areas of Query management, Risk and Control analysis, Business expertise and Reconciliations to maintain high standards of operations.
What do you want to expect:
Perform order processing and complete other BAU activities together with the team.
Review, update, and revamp (when needed) procedure documentation to maintain process standardization across different processors and future references.
Proactive in identifying gaps, solving problems, and looking for opportunities to implement process improvement to increase efficiency.
Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures to match with audit and revenue assurance requirements.
Coach/train team members or other teams when required.
Perform and build a holistic reporting capability on productivity, monthly controls and reconciliations.
Participate and provide your expertise in discussions with OTC, Centre of Excellence, Business, Sales, Customer experience and others when required.
What will make you successful?
Minimum 3 years ofexperience in Ordering operationsor OTC stream (preferable in an international setting covering customers worldwide).
Experience in tools such asSAP/PEGA/Salesforce Lightning/CPQ/Confluenceto be used in daily operations (like ordering process, quotation validation, workflow execution and documentation).
Experience in handlingExcel reporting(require at least intermediate level).
Capable of writing proper step-by-stepprocess documentationfor new and changes in products.
Demonstrated strong capabilities inanalysing scenarios , performing investigations and providing structured responses on situational basis.
Proven experience as achange ambassadorin the previous role, delivering quick wins/improvements and staying curious on new developments/advancements in the company.
Demonstrated strong capabilities tomanage multiple deadlines and work under tight deadlinesor adhoc conditions (as and when required).
Strong desire to learn, explore and grow in the OTC stream to develop comprehensiveE2E understanding.
Strong interpersonal skills,customer centric attitude , ability to deal with cultural diversity.
Proven team player to accomplish results,coordinate team operationsand work cross-functionally.
Demonstrated aptitude forlearning new technologiesquickly with limited supervision.
