In this role, you will be supporting the Order Processing team by coordinating activities, managing schedules, and facilitating communication. We have multiple roles available.
Responsibilities:
Process customer's order in timely ( acknowledge customer order on the same day for orders received before 4pm ) & accurate manner by matching the item code, price, delivery term, and stock availability.
Constant follow-up on shipment status & update customers on open orders status from time to time.
Respond to customer inquiries on order status within the same/next day.
Liaise with relevant parties for Goods Return (GR).
Process Delivery Order (DO) printing in a timely and accurate manner.
Documentation of signed copy of Delivery Order (DO).
Work closely with internal customers such as Commercial, Marketing, Credit Control Dept, Finance, Service Dept, Warehouse, Shipping, and Customer Service Dept to fulfill customer orders in a timely manner.
Ensure indents are carried out in a timely and accurate manner (correct item, price, quantity).
Documentation of printed copy of Purchase Order (PO).
Requirements:
A degree in any related field.
Keen interest in Supply Chain.
Possess good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate with internal and external customers at all levels.
Able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
Demonstrates competency in Microsoft Office skills relevant for documentation activities and report generation.
Based in Chemopharm office in SS2, Petaling Jaya.
