As an Order-to-Cash (O2C) specialist fluent in Korean, you will play a vital role in managing the end-to-end order processing and cash collection process for our Korean-speaking clients.
Our client is a renowned player within the Services industry with a global presence for over a century. They are currently looking for Order to Cash O2C / Accounts Receivable (Korean Speaker) to join their dynamic team to assist in the business of the company.
Description Acting as a primary point of contact for inquiries, requests, and concern for customer contacts. Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of operations, including receivables collection, order management, and credit line oversight for customers. Proactively manage accounts, employing effective communication skills and organizing collections to meet operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Profile Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field. Fluency in spoken and written Korean and English languages is essential as you are required to communicate with Korean customers and stakeholders. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in billing, collections, order management, accounts receivable functions, or finance and accounting relate roles.
