**Overview**:Supervising the production shifts of the overall OSBL production ensuring a safe and reliable operations of Utilities& IETS (Industrial Effluent Treatment System) systems, include but not limited to cooling water system, compressed air and nitrogen system, fire water system, waste water/effluent treatment system, Demineralized Water & Boiler feedwater system, initial rainwater and accidental rainwater lifting system, torch, natural gas pressure regulating system, etc- Responsible in managing OSBL production shifts (Utilities, and IETS) in overseeing the production process ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and optimizing production processes to meet production targets- Manage and coordinate daily refinery operations, including production schedules, staffing assignments, and resource allocation- Direct Report: 4 Production Shift Team Leads**Responsibilities**:- Manage and coordinate daily refinery operations in Utilities & IETS, including production schedules, staffing assignments, and resource allocation. Supervise and Monitor production processes to ensure optimal performance, quality control, and safety standards are maintained.- Implement and enforce safety procedures and regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Lead and mentor shift operators to ensure adherence to best practices, safety protocols, and operational procedures. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.- Coordinate with other departments, such as maintenance, engineering, logistics, quality control, and environmental health and safety, to ensure seamless operations and compliance with regulatory requirements and timely product delivery; Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to address equipment issues and minimize downtime.- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance refinery efficiency, reduce downtime, and minimize energy & waste.- Prepare reports on production performance, including key performance indicators and operational metrics.- Train and develop production staff to enhance their skills, and knowledge. Responsible in the Learning & Development plans for production staffs, including coordinating/implementing/assessing & further improvement of the staff training activities- Responsible in:- Drafting, and/or reviewing the production test run plans, start-up/shutdown plan, operating procedures and production targets,- Rigorously enforce the procedures after approval by relevant departments- Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in production/operations, and incorporate relevant innovations into production processes. Provide inputs and liaises with process engineer, and technical department for implementation- Participate in emergency response, and timely follow-up on post-incident analysis and plan- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving production processes and achieving cost savings.- Carry out ad-hoc assignments as determined by management.**Job Requirements**:- Minimum Diploma and more than 15 years experiences in operation supervision/management from refinery/petrochemical industry- Proven experience of more than 5 years in operation supervision/management role- Strong technical knowledge of utility systems, wastewater treatment processes, and environmental regulations- Min.
