JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :


-Participate in workplace inspections to identify hazards, unsafe conditions, and unsafe practices.


-Assist in incident investigations to determine root causes and ensure corrective actions are implemented.


-Assist in maintaining occupational safety and health documents (including but not limited to HIRARC, Training Records, Inspection Records, and SOPs) and practices to ensure compliance with legal regulations, standards and requirements.


-Assist in administrative tasks on MyKKP Portal, which includes workplace registrations, notification of incidents and other routine submissions.


-Provide administrative support relating to occupational safety and health to safety committees, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting minutes.


-Assist in updating records of incidents and preparing reports for management and regulatory agencies as required.


-Assist in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) related ad hoc duties as assigned by management.


-Engage with regulatory agencies and other departments within the company to meet OSH objectives.

-Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), or a related field.
Experience


-No work experience required.
Skills and Knowledge


-Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.


-Proficient in writing and communicating in English and Malay.


-Good organizational, time management and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
