Othm Lecturer (Business Mgmt) Online + Chinese

We're a Singapore-based institute with full governmental licenses and accreditation. We specialize in Engineering studies and Project Management - and now we're going into **BUSINESS MANAGEMENT****Scope of Work**:- We provide lesson plans and structure - you will design materials, assessments, etc- For 4-6 hours a week you will teach online to our students here. (each lesson is 2 hours so sometimes it will be 2 sessions and some modules have 3 sessions)- At the end of the semester you will have to conduct and mark the assessments.- To accommodate our learners you may have to teach in a combination of **English and Chinese****Requirements (Strict)**:- Masters in Business / Management / Strategy / Project Management or similar- 5 years of work experience in a management position- Fluent in English (written) and Chinese (spoken)- Familiar with the APA or Harvard Referencing methods- A friendly and engaging disposition is a requirementThose with prior teaching experience will be given priority**Job Type**: Part-timeContract length: 3 months**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Work from homeSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to Friday- Night shift- Weekend jobsSupplemental pay types:- Attendance bonus**Education**:- Post-Graduate (preferred)**Experience**:- Management: 5 years (required)- teaching: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Chinese (required)- English (required)Expected Start Date: 01/01/2024
