Position Overview:
Ultifresh Activewear Sdn Bhd is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Outdoor Sales Executive to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with clients by providing top-quality service and support.
This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain strong relationships with new & existing clients through visitations to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat businesses.
Actively seek out and engage potential customers through field visits and phone calls.
Present & promote products to customers, highlighting their benefits and features.
Respond promptly to customers inquiries via WhatsApp messages, phone calls and emails.
Provide customers with quotations and samples.
Attain sales targets set by company.
Gather customers feedback and insights to help improve product offerings and services.
Address customer concerns and resolve issues.
Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
Previous experience in the uniform & apparel industry or an outdoor sales related role are preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Possess own mode of transport.
Proficient in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia to provide exceptional customer service to our Mandarin-speaking clients.
