Duties and Responsibilities:Compulsory outstation service for a minimum of seven (7) days.
Provide training and guidance to lower-level staff to enhance their skill level.
Supervise technical staff in carrying out tests and checks.
Lead a team of subordinates and delegate work areas to them.
Manage the Service Department to ensure the provision of efficient and reliable services and support.
Provide structured service and support, such as maintenance, servicing, repair, modification, refurbishment programs, commissioning, and troubleshooting of products/equipment sold and assigned by the Company.
Maintain an optimum level of spare parts and proper equipment to efficiently run the after-sales service operation.
Keep a record of all day-to-day maintenance and service activities undertaken.
Evaluate the performance of subordinates and promote continuous staff improvement and development.
Identify key improvement areas and document the remedy steps.
Analyze and troubleshoot rejects.
Ensure customer satisfaction with service activities in compliance with cost targets and deadlines.
Handle customer complaints and ensure they are well addressed.
Interface with customers on technical/product quality issues or product complaints and improvement activities.
Responsible for product quality and process control.
Conduct quality meetings to drive continuous improvement.

Technicians will have opportunities to travel around Malaysia and participate in exhibitions.
Both experienced and inexperienced candidates are welcome as training is provided.
Once confirmed, technicians will be provided with an NSB vehicle, tools, and uniform.
