Outgoing Store Keeper

To manage oversee daily operations in the store department.To estimate the number of trucks needed to meet the entire delivery schedule.
If there are not enough trucks to meet the requirements, arrange
sourcing trucks from outside. (Transportation fee: follow current practice)

• Ensure delivery of goods is delivered on time. If there is a situation
which requires late delivery, then the store supervisor should ask for approval
from the salesman before delivery is made.

Ensure full trucks by maximizing vehicle capacity.Ensure truck drivers comply with company rules and procedures.Ensure that the goods delivered are accurate with the Delivery order and label delivery (destination, model & quantity).Send reports on slow moving items and high inventory items to
planner and sales coordinator every month.

Deliver and pick up items back from the contractor.Keeping the store area clean and tidy and ensuring the environment of the
place safe work.

• Design and implement a stock control system in the store to ensure stock
accuracy.

• Perform other duties and responsibilities given by superior officers from
from time to time.
