Outlet Manager

**Responsibilities**:- Checks the preparation of restaurant to be ready for service.- Ensure prompt and courteous service.- Checks that food and beverage orders are delivered as per standard operating procedures.- Trains all crew, supervisors, and managers to be fully aware of content, preparations, and presentation of all menu items.- Handles and resolves customer request and complaint positively, professional manner and to a win-win situation.- To plan sufficient staff at designated workstation throughout daily operation accordingly.- Ensures all items and condiments are well stock and available for daily usage.- To ensure all the products used follows First-In First-Out (FIFO).- Maintains highest standard of work ethics, integrity, personal conduct, and appearance.- To plan, organize, lead and control the entire outlet operation in order to ensure product quality, friendly service, cleanliness, and creating comfortable atmosphere to all our valued customers.Qualifications:- Preferable to have at least 2 - 3 years' experience in Food/Beverage/Restaurant service or equivalent.- Warm and cheerful personality; energetic and highly motivated- Good verbal and written communication skills Basic computer skills, where experience with POS systems would be a plus.- Able to commit to rotating shifts including weekends/public holidays.- Result-oriented leaders who are pro-active and resourceful in enforcing and executing.- Effective time management and problem-solving skills when making decisionsPay: From RM2,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- Are you willing to work with rotating shifts including weekends and public holiday?- Do you have experience with POS systems?**Experience**:- Restaurant Service: 2 years (required)Willingness to travel:- 25% (required)
