Responsibilities : Monitor, be responsible for, and be accountable for outlet upkeep and performance, including NPS targets, online reviews and outlet facilities management. Provide timely updates and reports to the Head of Wholesale Operations on assigned tasks. Host Outlet meetings at the Outlet level to listen, support, and provide solutions to staff members to achieve goals. Maintain outlet cost management, service quality improvement, staff development, and retention. Coach, guide, and collaborate with the inhouse team to increase outlet efficiency and performance. Focus on customer experience and oversee entire outlet operations and ensuring smooth operation flow. Manage all outlet personnel to provide administrative support for operations; shift planning for support availability through the outlet opening hours. Manage ad-hoc projects and assignments from management as needed. Collaborate closely with the Purchaser / Inspectors and other related stakeholders to achieve optimum efficiency. Requirements : Qualifications: 3 years' experience in the Service / Fashion Industry is an added advantage. Required Language(s): English and Malay; knowledge of other dialects is an added advantage. Discipline: Punctuality, result-driven, and a good working attitude. Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, advanced computer skills, and knowledge of reporting tools and report analysis. Must be able to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and possess good discipline along with a professional and pleasant personality, interpersonal skills, and communication abilities. A keen eye on details on the outlet appearance and facilities upkeep to provide a safe working environment for staff and a comfortable environment for customers.
