**Responsibilities**:**Operational Management**:- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the outlet, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cleanliness standards.- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing waste.- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.**Staff Management**:- Recruit, train, and supervise outlet staff, including scheduling shifts and managing performance.- Foster a positive and productive work environment through effective leadership and communication.- Provide coaching and support to staff to enhance their skills and performance.- Address employee concerns or conflicts promptly and professionally.**Customer Service**:- Ensure that customers receive prompt and courteous service at all times.- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.**Sales and Financial Management**:- Set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve or exceed them.- Monitor sales performance and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement.- Implement promotional activities and initiatives to drive sales and increase revenue.- Manage outlet expenses and budgets effectively to maximize profitability.**Requirements**:- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in the F&B RETAIL INDUSTRY- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing budgets.- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.- Knowledge of inventory management and basic financial principles.- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Rotational shiftSupplemental pay types:- Commission pay
