Outlet Supervisor (Mid Valley Southkey)

Job Responsibilities:Take food orders from customers.
Ensure working and dining area is clean.
Serve all customer orders.
Maintain proper dining experience, delivering items, fulfilling customer needs, offering desserts and drinks, removing courses, replenishing utensils, refiling glasses.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including all tables and chairs.
Inform customers about the special items for the day and menu changes.
Communicate with customers and provide assistance with their queries.
Deliver good customer service to all customers.
Handle customer complaints.
Be a good team player.
Job Requirements:
Diploma/Vocational/Certificates and above.
Must be willing to work fixed shifts.
Willing to work during weekends & public holidays.
One year work experience as a waiter or waitress in F&B field is an advantage.
Polite, responsible, and customer service oriented.
