Overseas Business Development Sales

Interact with overseas customers to establish and maintain strong relationships.
Prepare and provide quotations to overseas customers and agents.
Follow up on inquiries and feedback from customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
Conduct monthly cost analysis with carriers to identify and recommend the most cost-effective shipping options.

Requirements:
Proficiency in Mandarin is essential; the ability to read and write in Mandarin is highly preferred.
Familiarity with the Chinese market, as approximately 70% of our business dealings are with China.
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
