PA Cum Local Sales & Import/Export TradeWe are seeking an experienced PA Cum Local Sales & Import/Export Trade to join our team at Hong Cheng Seafood Supplies Sdn Bhd in Parit Buntar, Perak.
This is a full-time role that will play a crucial administrative and sales support function, assisting our leadership team in the day-to-day operations of the business.
Job Description
Handling a variety of administrative tasks and secretarial support to the Marketing Director.
Assisting with local sales and import/export trade activities, including order processing, customer liaison, and documentation management.
Identifying and cultivating new sales leads through proactive outreach and networking.
Negotiating and closing sales deals with both local and international clients.
Managing the import and export of seafood products, including coordinating logistics, customs clearance, and delivery.
Maintaining detailed records of sales activities, customer information, and import/export transactions.
Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement effective promotional strategies.
Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and competitors to identify new opportunities.
Working as a Translator with good written and fluency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar PA or administrative support role, ideally within the import/export or fast-moving consumer goods industry.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with office management software.
Knowledge of import/export processes and documentation, as well as experience in a sales support role.
A proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
