Responsibility:-
Support the CEO/MD in managing communications and scheduling, organize, coordinate and minutes meetings, appointments, optimizing their focus on key leadership endeavors. Remind and ensure the CEO/MD is aware of their daily schedule and any changes.
Manage and prioritize CEO/MD Managing emails and other forms of communication, ensuring timely responses and appropriate delegation of task including screening and filter incoming request.
Plan and coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, for both business and personal trips including compile and managing expenses claim.
Handle and organize important documents, report, and presentation. - Help the CEO/MD prioritize task and manage their time effectively.
Conduct research on various topic as requested by the CEO/MD and provide summaries and analysis of information.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information. - Assist in organizing company events, conferences, activities and other special occasions and update status timely.
Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external contacts including coordinate with C-suite executives to align organizational strategies and objectives. - Be proficient in using software, scheduling tools, and other relevant technologies.
Be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and a dynamic work environment, may require to travel overseas with CEO/MD for meetings, conference and etc. - Assist in applying for and managing grants.
Review, translate, summarize agreement / article / report and others. - Coordinate with PR to align write-ups and outreach with the company's goals. - Able to accommodate to Ad-hoc job assigned.
Record meeting minutes and follow up on action items to ensure timely execution.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and obstacle proactively.

Qualification & Experience
English & Bahasa must be able to high level in written and communication
Minimum 3 years secretarial experience
Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Secretarial / HR
Able to work independently with own transport
Good computer skills and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Power Point) and able to use online available resources.
Meticulous attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities.
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Professionalism in dealing with diverse stakeholders.
