About the role
Weida Resources (Sarawak) Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced and highly capable Personal Assistant to support our Director in Kuching, Sarawak. This full-time role is crucial in ensuring the smooth running of the Director's office and providing high-level administrative and organisational support.
What you'll be doing Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Director, including diary management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordinationHandling sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretionDrafting and proofreading correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the DirectorActing as the primary point of contact for the Director, managing inquiries and requests from both internal and external stakeholdersAssisting with special projects and other ad-hoc duties as requiredEnsuring the efficient organisation and maintenance of the Director's office and filesWhat we're looking for Minimum 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, possess at least a Degree in Business/Management/Communication/Marketing/Computing/Information Technology or equivalent Excellent communication, presentation and written skills in English and Bahasa Melayu, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levelsPleasant personality and able to work in a dynamic teamExceptional attention to detail and the ability to work with a high degree of accuracyDiscretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive informationPreferably candidate from Construction Industries backgroundAble to work independently and possess own transportWhat we offer Competitive salary and benefits packageOpportunities for professional development and career advancementSupportive and collaborative work environmentAbout us
