Role Responsibilities To plan, administer and review tertiary production activities (maximize output, optimization of resources, cost control and meeting quality standards). Coordinate with planning team for order planning and manage internal planning requirements as per customer's specification. Works closely with quality teams and engineering for in-process improvement and for effective CAPAs plan which is in-line with current implemented working instructions. Monitor output and efficiency of operators including manual and machine. Troubleshooting and investigate root cause for complaints received by Tertiary Production. To ensure timely and accurate submission of reports including daily production, monthly and incident investigations. Provides on the jobs training for operators and continuously working on the process improvement through proper documentation and digitalization of report. Oversees the overall Tertiary production area and coordinates packing activities to meet the shipments. Monitor process performances and productivity of department. Works closely with other production executives, planner team and engineering department on process improvement and optimization. Additional scope in coordinating and compiling operations monthly closing report and dashboard. Submit to Operations Manager. Responsible in workers' Safety and Environment related matters in the department. Actively involved in audits related to department by certification body, customer and quality. Other Duties – Assigned by superior. Role Requirements Minimum Degree and above in manufacturing, industrial technology, industrial engineering or related field. Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in manufacturing industry. Proficient in MS Office application. Has basic knowledge in ERP system for production process. Good analytical and statistical skills including report writing. Good interpersonal and leadership skills. Able to work in team. Submit your resume to
