Let's look at your rolesEffectively plan, setup, implement and optimize all assigned performance marketing advertising campaigns.
Continuously improve knowledge in advertising technical expertise and proactively keep abreast on changes in all related digital platform algorithms to effectively optimize budget spend and performance of digital advertising campaigns to achieve campaign KPIs.
Plan and execute communication on campaign performance and keep clients informed periodically throughout the campaign period.
Campaign reporting and analysis.
Manage budget tracking of campaigns and update relevant database with necessary information for departmental analysis and improvement.
Support superior and team by delivering quality output in a timely manner and acting as a mentor to junior employees.

Desired Education & Experience:Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Advertising/Media Studies, Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
Requires 3 – 4 years of working experience in Google Ads/Facebook Ads campaign management.
Google Ads / Facebook Blueprint certified individual.
Solid functional understanding and experience in managing all digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads / Business Manager, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Works well in a team as well as individually.
Ability to take ownership on assigned projects/campaigns.
Good organizational skills and time management.
Able to think analytically and to resolve issues.
Possesses a creative mindset and passion for digital marketing.
Meticulous and pays attention to details.
Internet savvy and comfortable working with numbers and charts.
Takes initiatives to learn and explore new knowledge and skills to complete the tasks assigned.
Protects the organization's values by keeping information confidential.
Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin dialect will be an added advantage.
