Purpose of the role The Paid Media Specialist is a skilled digital marketing professional, responsible for the day-to-day planning, delivery, and optimisation of paid advertising campaigns.
This will be across various online platforms for LEWIS' digital clients.
The role requires the ability to handle several projects at any one time, as well as being able to respond quickly to client and team requests.
The Paid Specialist will develop a clear understanding of the team's requirements and objectives and provide support to the team with a proactive attitude.
Key responsibilities and tasks Provide Paid Media execution for TEAM LEWIS' digital clients, including but not limited to; campaign strategy, setup and management, audience definition, bid management, data analysis and reporting.
Assist the Integrated Marketing team with the management of client accounts and projects, collaborating to understand goals and target audience to develop effective paid media strategies.
Day to day management of key paid media channels including Google Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign benchmarks to measure success.
Monitor and optimise campaign performance to ensure these benchmarks are being met.
Analyse data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement, preparing regular performance reports for clients.
Coordinate communication with select clients and ensure deadlines are met.
Support relationships with clients, establishing self and TEAM LEWIS as an invaluable long-term partner for Digital Marketing Services.
Work closely with line manager to maximize own strengths, improve weaknesses and support individual and team career development.
Support with the training of graduates and interns wherever possible.
Regularly attend TEAM LEWIS training sessions to enhance skills and develop knowledge.
Provide reports to the senior management team on request.
Support the TEAM LEWIS and client servicing team on ad hoc initiatives and projects.
Take a proactive role in promoting the TEAM LEWIS brand, its identity, values and work.
About You As the Paid Specialist you will have paid media and digital marketing experience, ideally coming from an agency background.
Have hands on experience in running paid media campaigns across multiple channels including, but not limited to: Google Suite (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube) (essential) Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn (essential) Have a deep understanding of digital advertising strategies, with a proactive approach to achieving campaign objectives and maximising return on investment.
Proficiency in data analysis, using tools like Google Analytics and advertising platforms' analytics dashboards.
Analytical mindset with the ability to understand what is working and what is not, translating data into actionable insights.
Communication skills to effectively convey campaign performance and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
You will be motivated, proactive, and hard-working, and looking to join a close-knit team of like-minded individuals.
Strong commercial and creative awareness of new products, technologies, and trends in the digital environment.
Calmness under pressure and ability to achieve tight deadlines.
