About the Role:
You are the expert at all things Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest. As a Media Buyer leading buying for your accounts across Paid Social channels, you'll be working closely with growth team. You will guide our team by analyzing historical data, identifying big picture trends and opportunities, and then using that data to build campaign structures using industry best practices.
Media buying is both an art and a science. You'll be continuously executing strategies on behalf of our strategy, testing your hypotheses about why some creative, copy and landing pages work, and others don't. You are always searching to improve, build, and chart out new paths to success for our brand.
As a Media Buyer, you'll be responsible for writing compelling creative briefs to inform our in-house team of editors, copywriters, and graphic designers, as well as building out campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Pinterest Ads Manager. Your role will be to ensure all strategic initiatives are built and launched according to strict timelines and agreed-upon budgets.

; Requirements:- What You'll Do:
-Having full awareness of the ad accounts' performance and spend pacing.
-Managing media buying across social platforms and optimizing toward our goals.
-Creating forecasts and reporting on trends and opportunities for scale.
-Must be an expert at Meta (Facebook / Instagram) as well as TikTok and Pinterest.
-Providing regular feedback on ad account performance, and leading internal strategy discussions on the accounts.
-Providing excellent, clear, and timely feedback through email, slack, and via Google Meet.
-Diving deep into ad accounts, hands on keyboard - deploying, optimizing, and reporting on changes made to the ad account and why.
-Brainstorming big ideas, campaigns, offers, and determining the best way to communicate to customers, in partnership with the Growth Team.
-Reporting on key wins, misses, and areas of opportunity.
-Briefing and ordering creative from our in-house creative teams - videos, gifs, ad copy, and statics as well as landing pages.
-Showing up every day with the mission in mind of growing and serving our brand and teammates in everything you do.
-Set up data architecture - pixel testing, placement, and event firing confirmation for all campaigns launched.
About You
-2-3 years of Media Buying, hands on keyboard Meta and Paid Social experience.
-Knowledge of Google Analytics, and experience working with Shopify brands a plus.
-Proven ability to plan, develop, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns for eCommerce brands with $100K - $250K in monthly paid social budgets required.
-Data-driven with a consumer-first focus. You have a track record of using analytics to provide strategic recommendations and drive growth.
-Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively on a team.
-An ability to self-manage, juggle multiple projects and execute based on priority.
-Driven by details. You're meticulous, thorough, and enjoy being precise.
-A desire to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, while maintaining a calm demeanor and positive attitude.
-Understanding and awareness of what is going on in accounts at all times and ability to pinpoint potential problems and solutions.
-Time management and organizational skills. Ability to complete tasks in a time-efficient and effective manner.
