Painting Manager(Paint Shop)

**Position Title : Painting Manager****Industry : Automotive Parts Manufacturer****Location: Seremban****Salary Range: Up to RM12000****Responsibilities**:- Supervise all activity in Painting Department- Review progress update of all activity in Painting Department- Plan and establish for painting quality assurance system- Carry out risk evaluation and planning for improvements- Propose plans that are based on New Model development- Check and verify new model trial result data before evaluation- Issue job policies and instructions to others- Plan and exercise in accordance with policies and instructions- Planning & implementing of long term business plan- Able to study & implement plant operations incorporating safety standards- Originate & implementation of new product with a good control of production efficiency & QCD Balance- Evaluate and approve all aspect include manpower, material, method, machine in Painting Department- Decision making and approval regarding profitability in capital investment (Process Equipment)- Monitor all activity regarding risk management**Job Requirements**:- At least 8 years of related working experience in Industrial painting or Automotive painting industry- Leadership & ability to lead and direct the team- Solid experiences in end-to-end operations in painting department- Excellent verbal and written languages in English & Bahasa Malaysia- Excellent stakeholder management ability- Able to work in SerembanPay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- Are you willing to relocate to Seremban ?
