Pantry Maid / Tea Lady

Job Responsibilities:
Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the pantry and servery at all times.
Daily tasks include sweeping & mopping areas like the floor, counter area, staircase, and dining area, wiping glass windows and doors, and disposal of rubbish.
Prepare, arrange, and serve refreshments/beverages/foods to Directors, staff, and visitors in a courteous manner.
Daily cleaning of the dining room, board room, meeting room, as well as all the Directors' rooms.
Ensure the drinking water bottles are replenished in the board room & meeting room.
Carry out daily tasks including mopping floors, vacuuming floors, staircase & carpets, cleaning windows & doors, and checking the toilets' cleanliness, replenishing toilet paper & changing towels.
Any other duties as instructed by the immediate superior and Management.
