Responsible for supporting mainly the administrative tasks related to legal, company secretarial, compliance and debt recovery matters.
Responsibilities: Legal Matters
Conducting legal researchAssist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, letters Preparation of evidence for court mattersTracking IP register and dealing with external IP consultant on IP registrationCompany Secretarial
Administrative duties on statutory filings to CCM and preparation of Board resolutionsAssist in the preparation of quarterly Board meetings Others
Work with internal & external stakeholders on collecting data for day-to-day tasks of legal, compliance and corporate secretarial functionsAssist in compliance projects and debt recovery initiatives  Perform administrative tasks such as coordination & planning for dispatch of documents, signing of documents and setting up meetingsRequirements: At least 2 years working experience in law firms and/or legal departments in companies in relation to the areas of corporate lawMinimum degree in LawFluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (proficiency in Mandarin and other Chinese dialects is an added advantage)Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookHigh work capacity, self-driven and a team-playerMature, independent and results-orientedPleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skillsOrganised and meticulous Job Details: Workplace
