Paralegal (Based In Johor Bahru, Johor)

Our work culture is built on the principles of mutual respect, creating a harmonious atmosphere among all members of our firm.**Responsibilities**:- Handle sale and purchase agreements (including developer projects and sub-sale);- Handle all loan documentation for end-financing;- Handle all other conveyancing matters such as tenancy agreements, perfection of transfer and charge, discharge of charge/receipt and reassignment, and etc;- Provide support to the litigation and corporate department as needed;- Liaise with clients, banks and relevant authorities in government departments;- Monitor the progress of clients' files, to maintain and update file status on our operation system;- To administer files and maintain correspondences and documents in proper filing system; and- To assist in general administrative and clerical job assigned by the superior.**Requirements**:- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
