Paralegal Training Executive

Conducting research, investigating facts and keeping track of changes in legal framework- Drafting legal documents such as contracts, depositions and by-laws- Preparing and filing legal documents- Fact-check information by searching through public records and other resources- Create, plan, and run training programs for organizations- Liaise with HR department for HRDF programs**; Requirements**:- Certification or associate's degree in paralegal studies (bachelor's degree is preferred)- A minimum experience of a years in a paralegal role- Investigative mind and strong research skills- Working knowledge legal database software- Experience in preparing legal reports- Possess good interpersonal skills and able to establish good relationship with people at all levels- Have knowledge in building management and familiar with digital- Native English speakers
