Part Assistant (Automotive)

JOB DESCRIPTION
Parts information management, including handling all parts inquiries.Carry out stock checks to ensure that adequate supplies are maintained and physical and stock record are tallied.Receiving, checking and binning of parts, according to SOP, to ensure timely and correct processing of incoming parts and documentation.Picking and issuing of parts to the workshop, according to SOP, to ensure prompt supply to the technicians.Weekly, monthly and annual stock check, according to SOP, in an accurate manner to manage and reduce stock discrepancies in the parts warehouse.Maintain and improve warehouse condition such as cleanliness, condition of parts racking, labeling, stock arrangement, records updating etc.Parts operation administration to ensure proper documentation as per SOP, and systematic filing of these documents.Perform any additional tasks as and when required by the management.REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Automotive/Mechanical), Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.At least 1-2 years working experience in the related field for Parts AssistantStrong team player, pleasant disposition, good interpersonal and communication skills, analytical and sensitive to customer's needs.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.Good team player with the ability to work independently.
