Duties and responsibilities- Assisting with financial and management accounts preparation for Sole Traders, Partnerships and Limited Companies- Assisting with managing client expectations and deadlines- Assisting to carrying out bookkeeping activities including journal postings and ledger reconciliations- Assisting preparation of VAT returns and management accounts- Assisting with general administrative duties including meeting and greeting clients, filing, answering the telephone and supporting the team to meet deadlines as required. Key performance Indicators Key Success factors- Making timely and consistent progress in formal studies- Quality of output- Ability to develop effective relationships with all team members based at the March office- Identify with the wider organisation**Requirements**:- Required skill(s): Communication, Customer Focus, Quality Focus, Teamwork, Integrity, Meticulous, Analytical Thinking & Problem solving.- Required Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills;- Pleasant personality and able to adapt to changes, wiling to learn and take up more challenges and responsibilities;- Experience in sales, telemarketing, indoor sales, have leadership skills and know about sales reporting and analysis.**Job Type**: Part-time**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,600.00 per monthExpected hours: 24 per weekAbility to commute/relocate:- Batu Pahat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
