The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing phone etiquette, and assisting with communication.
The role will also involve executive administrative assistance and clerical skills.ResponsibilitiesPrepare shipments and arrange outgoing shipments.Prepare Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders, and Invoices.Manage office equipment and coordinate repairs or maintenance as needed.Handle office tasks, such as filing and reordering supplies.QualificationsAdministrative Assistance experience.Phone Etiquette.Excellent Communication Skills.Clerical Skills.Willingness to learn & explore.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Proficiency in English and Malay.Friendly and easy to mingle with colleagues.Housewives and Interns are welcome to apply.#J-18808-Ljbffr
