Part-Time Audio Transcriber (Mandarin / Cantonese)

About the Role
SUPA has partnered with a leading company specializing in language AI solutions, using advanced models to enable human-like conversations and transform enterprise communication.
For this exciting audio project, we're seeking motivated individualsfluent in Mandarin and/or Cantoneseto join our team as Transcribers—training AI models one audio clip at a time!
Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality transcriptions of audio clips with minimal to no revisions.
Precisely segment the spoken content in the audio clips into distinct components.
Identify and label speakers to the different voices appropriately within the audio clips.
Transcribe all audio content within each segment in their respective language(s).
Communicate challenges, queries, or concerns with Project Managers to ensure smooth operations.
Meet key deadlines while maintaining quality and consistency in work output.
Qualifications
Fluent in written Mandarin (simplified) and English (conversational).
Proficiency in Cantonese (Traditional Chinese) is a bonus!
Available to transcribe 2 audio clips a day equivalent to 4-5 hours including on weekends when necessary.
Able to commit to the project for the proposed timeframe of up to 2 months.
Possess a laptop or desktop computer with a stable internet connection.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy and reliability.
Efficient time management skills to meet and exceed deliverables.
