Part Time Conveyancing Clerk

We are looking for a Conveyancing Clerk with at least 3 years working experience dealing with sub-sale property transactions.
Candidate must be experienced and able to work independently in the following:

- Preparation of SPA and housing LOAN documentation
- Professional in dealings with lawyers, developer, banks, and government offices
- Fluent in both Bahasa Malaysia & English
- Experienced in dealings with government and bank portals / land applications
- Able to assist with estate / litigation / corporate matters, and administrative work from time to time

Work from Home / Part time positions available.
Rate depends on hours, with EPF.
Positions available to start immediately.
