What you'll be doing as a waiter / host
-Greeting and seating customers promptly and courteously
-Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists
-Taking accurate food and drink orders and communicating them to the kitchen in a timely manner
-Serving food and beverages to customers with exceptional attention to detail
-Responding to customer inquiries and addressing any concerns or complaints
-Maintaining a clean and organised work area throughout your shift
-Assisting with side work tasks, such as stocking, side work and end-of-day closing duties
-Adhering to all health, safety and hygiene standards
What you'll be doing as a barista
-Keeping the bar area clean and tidy (no messy baristas please!)
-Menu planning for beverages are highly encouraged
-Passionate about coffee - hardworking and creative
-Able to work long hours and make lots of coffee and other drinks

; Requirements:- What we're looking for
-Previous experience as a barista, waiter or host or in a similar customer service role in the hospitality industry
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and provide friendly, efficient service
-Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
-Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and the ability to take and process orders accurately
-A positive, professional attitude and a genuine passion for delivering an exceptional dining experience
-Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
