In this role, you will be responsible for managing and operating a kiosk, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the kiosk operations. Customer Service:- Greet customers in a friendly and approachable manner.- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and purchases.- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.2. Kiosk Operations:- Set up and maintain the kiosk in an organized and presentable manner.- Ensure that all products and promotional materials are well-stocked and neatly displayed.- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems for transactions accurately.- Keep the kiosk area clean and tidy.3. Product Knowledge:- Stay informed about the products or services offered at the kiosk.- Provide accurate information to customers about product features, pricing, and promotions.4. Sales and Promotion:- Actively engage in upselling and cross-selling products to enhance customer experience.- Implement promotional strategies to boost sales and meet targets.5. Cash Handling:- Responsible for handling cash transactions and providing customers with accurate change.- Maintain accountability for the cash drawer and reconcile sales at the end of each shift.6. Security and Safety:- Monitor the kiosk surroundings for any security issues or safety concerns.- Follow company protocols for emergency situations and report incidents promptly.7.
