JOB RESPONSIBILITIES



-To perform a live host representing our clients brand on e-commerce platform.


-Market Research: Research and analyze target audience and trends in social commerce platforms.


-Content Creation: Create engaging and visually appealing content for social media platforms (e.g., product images, videos, descriptions).


-Customer Engagement: Interact with customers on social media, answer queries, and build relationships.


-Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a social commerce sales strategy, including stock availability pricing, promotions, and product placement. **Collaboration with E-Commerce Team


-Platform Management: Manage and optimize social commerce platforms (e.g., setting up and updating product listings). **Collaboration with E-Commerce Team


-Analytics: * Monitor key performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, engagement) and make data-driven decisions. **Collaboration with E-Commerce Team


-Managing Rurutiki Social Media pages (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn (By progress)

-1-2 years' experience in digital marketing / live-host / content creation.


-Bachelor's degree in Public Relations / Mass Communication / Journalism / Advertising / Media / Marketing / English / International Business or Equivalent Qualifications Good communication skills, independent, and fast learner.


-Able to deliver quality content with minimal supervision and meet deadlines. Excellent writing and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail.
