In this role, you will be responsible for managing and operating a kiosk, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the kiosk operations.**RESPONSIBILITIES**:- 1. Customer Service:_- Greet customers in a friendly and approachable manner.- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and purchases.- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.- 2. Operations:_- Set up and maintain the shop in an organized and presentable manner.- Ensure that all products and promotional materials are well-stocked and neatly displayed.- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems for transactions accurately.- Keep the kiosk area clean and tidy.- 3. Product Knowledge:_- Provide accurate information to customers about product features, pricing, and promotions.**REQUIREMENTS**:1. Previous customer service experience preferred.2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.3. Ability to work independently and in a team.4. Basic math skills and proficiency in using point-of-sale systems.5. Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.6.
