Part Time Supervisor

Job Responsibilities: Responsible for Promoter's Quality.Promoter Recruitment, Training & Placement.Enforcing company SOPs.Measure customer satisfaction, handle customer feedback or complaints, and services recovery.Weekly Supervisor Meeting.Spot-check on promoter for every event (weekdays & weekends).Work closely and constantly communicates effectively with all relevant departments in HQ & Branch. Job Requirements: Min 2-3 years of working experience as Supervisor in the retail/event industry.Excellent organizational and planning skills.Resourceful, self-motivated & great leadership skills.Possess strong analytical & problem-solving skills.Independent and able to work under minimum supervision.Possess own transport and willing to travel;Can work on weekends & during Public Holidays.
