As Partner Marketing Manager, you are supporting a specific geography and taking direction from a Market Ecosystem Marketing Leader, to develop excellent marketing interlock with sellers, marketing teams and internal stakeholders and design a best-in-class co-marketing engine and programs experience to Business Partners, across Business Units.
• Leads end-to-end marketing planning, execution and performance for an assigned set of Business Partners
• Advocates for the value of Business Partner across IBM Marketing and Sales
• Works on skills development for assigned set of Business Partners
• Advocates to Business Partners on collaboration with IBM.
• Responsible for the performance (Q+ and WR) of co-marketing programs across country | Co-M ROI: PMA Targets pipeline and yield (20%) | BPOI YtY Growth | BPOI 50% of Select | 4X Total Select.
• Builds and owns building half-yearly and annual plans based on business priorities and pipeline gaps. Works on and executes both recruitment and demand generation initiatives.
• Collaborates with APAC Build, Sell, Service and Strategic Partner marketing leads (as per market priorities).
• Acts as a strategic partner for the business leader (SW, HW and Eco) - Engages them, proactively addresses their needs and provides visibility into Co-M landing in each market.
• Intentional integration of Ecosystem into IBM-led mktg plans and Active collaboration with digital sales
• Showcase of success of partners (stories, use cases), Best practice cross-sharing.
• Works within APAC ecosystem marketing strategy narrative – leverages strategic projects and lands pan-APAC programs that augments country activities eg: PLG Webinars, New Partner Activation,
