Candidate will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing strategic partnerships to drive commercial business growth and expand our market reach. Candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute partnership strategies that align with our overall business objectives. As a partners development executive, you'll be driving new businesses related to our Credit Manager platform and building a new strategic partner ecosystem for future growth.
ResponsibilitiesPartner Identification and Recruitment:Identify potential partners that align with our business goals and target market. Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to attract and engage potential partners. Negotiate and close partnership deals, ensuring sustainable terms and conditions.
Partnership Management:Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at partner organizations. Develop and implement comprehensive partnership plans, including joint marketing initiatives, co-selling opportunities, and technology integrations. Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of partnerships. Proactively address any challenges or issues that arise, ensuring smooth collaboration and partnership satisfaction.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop joint GTM strategies. Support the development of sales enablement materials and training programs related to partnerships. Work closely with product, compliance, legal, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
QualificationsCandidates must possess at least a bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
ExperienceMinimum 2 years of experience in partner development, business development, or account management.
Skills/KnowledgeProven track record of building and managing successful partnerships.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
