We are looking for a visionary and results-oriented Partnership and Brand Activation to lead the growth and visibility of our brand, expand the scope of member benefits, and spearhead initiatives that generate business leads across multiple verticals. Beyond flexible workspaces, this role will also focus on expanding INFINITY8's new business units, including HR services such as Recruitment, Payroll, and Employer of Record (EOR) solutions.Job Responsibilities:
Build the INFINITY8 BrandCreate impactful campaigns to make INFINITY8 the go-to workspace in Malaysia.Partner with marketing teams to showcase INFINITY8 as the go-to partner for workspaces and business solutions.Amplify our presence at key events and through brand activations.Create Valuable PartnershipsSecure partnerships that deliver perks and exclusive benefits for our members.Build collaborations with leading brands, HR service providers, and business tools to strengthen our ecosystem.Manage long-term relationships that enhance the INFINITY8 experience.Drive Business GrowthLeverage activations and partnerships to generate qualified leads for flexible workspaces and HR services.Work with Sales teams to convert opportunities into revenue.Spot trends and explore untapped opportunities in the market.Enable Cross-CollaborationConnect members, partners, and stakeholders for co-creation and shared success.Work closely with internal teams to align initiatives and deliver maximum impact.Job RequirementsA minimum of 3 years of experience in partnerships, marketing, or business development.Proven track record of creating and executing successful partnership strategies and brand activations.Experience working across diverse industries, with exposure to both SME and enterprise-level clients.Familiarity with HR-related services (e.g., Recruitment, Payroll, Employer of Record) is a strong advantage.Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.Strategic thinking with a results-driven mindset to identify opportunities and achieve measurable outcomes.Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.Analytical mindset to assess market trends, evaluate partnership performance, and make data-driven decisions.Creative problem-solver who can think outside the box to deliver innovative solutions.Highly collaborative, with the ability to work seamlessly across teams and with external stakeholders.Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive, can-do attitude.Passionate about helping businesses grow and making a tangible impact.#J-18808-Ljbffr
