ABOUT OUR COMPANY
Interspace operates the largest CPA (cost per action) affiliate marketing network in Japan and South East Asia with the brand known as Accesstrade.
Accesstrade has connected with over 15,600 campaigns and 1.1 million publishers over the years. The Malaysian company was officially launched in 2018.
WHAT WE DO
Accesstrade provides affiliate marketing services to advertisers and publishers. Advertisers increase sales of their products through advertisements by the publishers whereas publishers earn commissions from the advertisers in return of the sales they generate through promotion. Accesstrade's service is to assist and support both parties to gain more sales and commissions.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



-Identify, recruit, and manage relationship with Creator for affiliate marketing campaigns.


-Ensure seamless onboarding and integration of creators into campaigns, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and brand objectives.


-Identify new opportunities for creator collaborations, based on market research and performance data.


-Maintain strong relationship with creators, fostering collaboration and driving performance through regular communication, feedback, and performance reviews.


-Coordinate with creators on content requirements, brand messaging, and campaign deadlines to ensure timely and accurate delivery of content.


-Track and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns using key metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, conversion rates)


-Assisted in the development, launch, and monitoring of creator-driven campaigns, troubleshoot campaign issues related to creator management, and ensured smooth execution of creator-led campaigns.


-Attend industry events and networking opportunities to stay updated on trends and maintain a strong KOL network.

; Requirements:-


-Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations or related fields


-At least 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, influencer marketing, or social media management.


-Experience in account management and publisher recruitment.

Good to have



-Strong understanding of the Creator/KOL/KOC landscape, with a proven track record in managing successful creator-driven campaigns.


-Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) and content trends.


-Data-driven mindset with experience in campaign performance tracking and reporting.


-Ability to manage multiple campaigns and relationships simultaneously.


-Good understanding of the Google Platform.


-Good presentation and reporting skills.


-Good on market research and trends. 


-Affiliate marketing/digital marketing knowledge.


-Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Products, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
