-Assist in resolving customer inquiries, concerns, complaints, and service requests with timely and professional responses;


-Support the resolution of customer issues and escalations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction;


-Facilitate coordination and communication between internal teams and partners;


-Help organize and execute partnership initiatives;


-Maintain accurate records of communications and interactions with both customers and partners;


-Perform additional relevant support activities as needed.

-Detail-oriented with good organization skills;
