Key Responsibilities: Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, cultivate, and manage key partnerships that drive distribution growth and expand Supergulp's market reach, from lead generation through to deal closure.
Sales and Channel Strategy: Leverage market insights and product knowledge to create tailored strategies that align Supergulp products with high-potential sales channels, including supermarkets, convenience stores, cafes, and online platforms.
Negotiation and Representation: Serve as a key negotiator for the brand, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements with partners that enhance distribution while maintaining Supergulp's brand integrity and business goals.
Account Management and Growth: Oversee the full lifecycle of partner accounts, providing ongoing support, optimizing partnerships, and identifying opportunities to add value and drive incremental sales growth.
Sales Funnel Optimization: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, with the ability to forecast sales, set objectives, and create actionable processes that ensure revenue targets are met or exceeded.
