Parts Controller Honda G-Mart Autoworld Sdn Bhd

To assist to utilize Honda SAP system parts inventory control, monitoring of stock level and movement and for parts ordering, whenever necessary.- To assist to ensure that all parts received are in good condition and accounted for and correctly bin on the day parts are received.- To ensure correct supply and invoicing of parts and where applicable, to submit daily cash collection.- To assist to monitor, identify and to raise stock discrepancy report to HMSB whenever applicable.- To assist to promote parts through the parts counter and to support the workshop operation on parts requirement and follow-up on the delivery times for back order parts.- To assist to prepare parts' estimation cost and quotation for workshop and insurance claims and to ensure vehicle claims are profitable and parts profit margin is attained.- To assist to conduct monthly stock checks and is responsible for any parts shortages.- To carry out any duties and job functions in which you may be instructed from time to time by the Company or person acting on behalf of the Company.- To maintain good house keeping and up-keep of the work place as according to the standard set by HMSB.**Job Requirements**:- Possess at least a Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree in Automotive/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.- Preferably with minimum **1 years relevant experience in automotive industry**. Experience or exposure in B&P is an added advantage.- Fresh Grade Welcome- Service oriented with good communication skills.- Ability to speak multi-lingual is an added advantage.- Possess valid car license.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Commission pay- Performance bonus- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
