Parts Controller

Apart from this, we are Four-time winners of the Honda CEO Award, an award given annually to honour its dealers' outstanding performances.Due to the rapid expansion and growth of our business, the following positions are available. We are looking for highly motivated, goal-driven, independent, and hands-on professionals to join the dynamic team at our team.- Coordinate all storage activities to ensure parts operation performance achieving the target given by principal.- Handle documentation and filing system.- Follow up with HMSB with back-order status.- Assist in the inventory control and storage activities such as plan service parts order, checking inventory level, update records, prepare report required by the principal and filing.- Responsible for receiving and storage operation as well as ensuring integrity of stock inventory.- Ensure parts storage maintenance, cleanliness, safety, and housekeeping (5S).**Skill/Requirement**- Minimum Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or Certificate in Automotive/Mechanical, Business Studies/ Administration / Management or equivalent.- IT literate- Proficient in business & office applicant.- Knowledge in Microsoft Excel is a must- Possess good written & communication skills in English & Malay.- Must undergo training at Honda to ensure he/she able to achieve Honda high assurance in parts and accessories.**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotionSchedule:- Fixed shiftSupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Klang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
